Leila Monks is an industry expert in factual television, with a proven track record in concept creation, selling shows, film-making and distribution. Leila has executive produced or directed all of Antidote’s content and has executive produced for major UK and N. American broadcasters including BBC, Nat Geo, Discovery, TLC, Blue Ant Media and Viacom.


Laura Jones is a BAFTA and RTS award-winning filmmaker with a track record producing shows for the UK, US and international markets, including Channel 4, BBC, Discovery, Nat Geo, PBS, Smithsonian, A & E, Shaw Media, Channel Five and other international broadcasters.

Martha Brass is a senior executive with 20 years of experience in the global television production business, having held commercial, operations and strategy positions at FremantleMedia, 19 Entertainment and Endemol / Endemol Shine (ESG). She has been involved in the roll out of many of the world’s most successful entertainment franchises, including American Idol, Big Brother and Masterchef. After nearly a decade at ESG, she stepped down from her role as CEO International Operations in 2017 and is now pursuing a portfolio career, advising companies in the entertainment and sports industries. In addition to her position as Chair of Antidote, she chairs the board of CountryLine, the new online fan club for country music, and is the Senior Independent Director of England Golf, the amateur governing body responsible for growing the game of golf in England.
